Race Relations Code of Practice (Elimination of Discrimination in Employment) (Appointed Day) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999

This Order appoints 2nd August 1999 as the date upon which the Code of Practice for the Elimination of Discrimination and the Promotion of Equality of Opportunity in Employment, issued by the Commission for Racial Equality for Northern Ireland under Article 45(1) of the Race Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 shall come into effect.
